Nashariq is a digital co-living platform in Qatar, focused on helping people find affordable, community-driven housing with quality and convenience. Their listings and model were compelling, but their website didn’t reflect that. That needed to change.
The Challenge & Goals
Nashariq simplifies co-living in Doha and beyond with smart real-estate solutions. Users filter by location—like Lusail, The Pearl, Old Doha, and West Bay—by room type, gender preference, price, and contract duration. Each room has its own contract, with low commissions, virtual tours, and high-quality photos to build trust.
The Problem vs. The Solution
The previous site felt like a generic template. It didn’t guide users through the co-living concept, lacked intuitive filters, and failed to showcase Nashariq’s commitment to affordability, transparency, and community.
Their goals were clear:
- Build a custom design that reflects their Guam-based brand
- Make it easier for tourists and locals to find the café
- Improve mobile responsiveness
- Make flavor updates and store info easy to manage
- Lay the groundwork for search engine visibility
Our Approach
Prototyping & Approval
We began with a Figma prototype that mapped out the search experience, listing layout, and landlord engagement features. This clickable version allowed the client to test the filtering tools and see how their brand values would be represented visually. After feedback and revisions, we moved to development with a fully approved plan.
Visual Storytelling
We designed a site that lets the salon’s personality lead. Every page is polished, with staff photos that feel natural—not staged. Menus and service pages guide visitors smoothly from browsing to booking, and the copy reinforces the salon’s refined, personal atmosphere.
Navigation & Technical Setup
We built a smart filtering system, clear listing templates with pricing and contract details, and a blog section for lifestyle and real estate content—improving organic search visibility. Landlord-focused CTAs for listing properties and partnership opportunities were placed prominently. SEO-friendly headings, metadata, and internal linking were implemented to improve discoverability.
