The Challenge & Goals
ShowcaseMD creates curated video content renderings—called AVC (Algorithmic Visual Compilation)—that play on in-office digital displays. Clinics use them to guide patients toward services they didn’t know existed. That clarity increases bookings, boosts recurring revenue, and maximizes brand visibility. The experience remains hands-off for staff and intelligent for patients.
The Problem vs. The Solution
Their previous site didn’t show what ShowcaseMD does. Customers couldn’t quickly understand how dynamic video content could impact patient engagement or how easy it was to implement. The site needed to reflect the clinic experience itself: clear, confident, and visual.

Our Approach
Prototyping & Approval
We began with a Figma prototype showing the new homepage, problem/solution flow, and visual-first layout. This clickable prototype helped the client experience the journey a visitor would take—from initial interest to booking a demo. Feedback was gathered and applied before moving into development.
Visual Storytelling
We focused on the message: video converts, and engagement builds trust. The site opens with compelling statistics—87% of consumers are more likely to buy after seeing a video, and 95% of a message is retained through video. Concise copy explains the problem and solution clearly, helping clinics quickly understand ShowcaseMD’s value.
Navigation & Technical Setup
The design mirrors the product: visuals dominate, layouts are uncluttered, and navigation drives users toward a single action—book a demo. Case stories provide credibility. “Your Practice Center Stage” offers a space to see the product in real-world context. SEO-ready headings and metadata were implemented for better discoverability.
