What is Nashariq?

Nashariq is a digital co-living platform in Qatar, focused on helping people find affordable, community-driven housing with quality and convenience. Their listings and model were compelling, but their website didn’t reflect that. That needed to change.

The Challenge & Goals

Nashariq simplifies co-living in Doha and beyond with smart real-estate solutions. Users filter by location—like Lusail, The Pearl, Old Doha, and West Bay—by room type, gender preference, price, and contract duration. Each room has its own contract, with low commissions, virtual tours, and high-quality photos to build trust.

The Problem vs. The Solution

Their existing site lacked personality and depth. It didn’t represent the commitment behind the land, the science, or the ritual. The experience needed to move beyond simple transactions.

Our Approach

1

Prototyping & Approval

We first developed a Figma prototype to establish the design vision, storytelling approach, and interactive behavior. Through the clickable prototype, the client reviewed navigation flow and brand expression, with refinements made before development began.

2

Visual Storytelling

The design is rooted in storytelling and restraint. Calming hues inspired by the natural landscape and expansive white space create a refined, serene experience. Typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy echo the handcrafted nature of the products.

3

Navigation & Technical Setup

The site was optimized for mobile performance, with local business schema integrated to support SEO. Editable content blocks were created for simple updates, navigation was streamlined, and Google Maps integration was added for easy location access. Metadata, heading structure, and alt text were implemented to improve search visibility.
