What is ShowcaseMD?

ShowcaseMD helps clinics turn patient wait time into meaningful engagement, but its online brand wasn’t communicating that value. We fixed the disconnect.

The Challenge & Goals

ShowcaseMD creates curated video content renderings—called AVC (Algorithmic Visual Compilation)—that play on in-office digital displays. Clinics use them to guide patients toward services they didn’t know existed. That clarity increases bookings, boosts recurring revenue, and maximizes brand visibility. The experience remains hands-off for staff and intelligent for patients.

The Problem vs. The Solution

The previous website failed to communicate the brand’s story. It didn’t reflect the dedication to the land, the science, or the ritual behind the work. The goal was to transform it into more than a transactional experience.

Prototyping & Approval

We began by creating a Figma prototype that brought the design, story, and interactions to life. This gave the client a hands-on way to explore navigation, experience the brand’s personality online, and share feedback before development started.

Visual Storytelling

The new design leads with story and simplicity. Colors inspired by the natural landscape and open white space bring a sense of calm and ease. Every typographic and spacing choice was made to feel as intentional and handcrafted as the products themselves.

Navigation & Technical Setup

We optimized the site for mobile, added local business schema for SEO, and built editable content blocks for easy updates. Navigation was simplified, a Google Maps integration was added, and SEO-ready metadata, headings, and alt text were implemented to improve discoverability.
